Data Request Form — FindBeam | GDPR, CCPA & Global Privacy Rights

Use this page to exercise your privacy rights under GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PDPA, PoPIA, PIPEDA, or any other applicable data protection law. All requests are handled personally by the founder and responded to within 30 days.

Important: Given FindBeam's privacy-first architecture, most tools process data locally in your browser — we hold very little personal data about you. The only personal data we may hold is: your email address and message (if you contacted us), and Cloudflare access logs (retained ≤24 hours, not accessible by us). Types of Request Supported

Access (GDPR Art. 15 / CCPA): Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
Deletion / Erasure (GDPR Art. 17 / CCPA): Request deletion of your personal data
Correction / Rectification (GDPR Art. 16 / CPRA): Request correction of inaccurate data
Restriction (GDPR Art. 18): Request that we restrict how we process your data
Portability (GDPR Art. 20): Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Object to processing (GDPR Art. 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interest
Withdraw consent (GDPR Art. 7(3)): Withdraw previously given consent
Opt-out of sale/sharing (CCPA/CPRA): Note: we do not sell or share personal data

How to Submit Your Request

Option 1 — Email (preferred for verified requests):

Include: your full name (if provided to us), the email address you used to contact us, the type of request, and any relevant details.

Response time: We respond to all verified requests within 30 days. Complex requests may take up to 90 days — we will notify you if an extension is required.

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before actioning a request. For email-based requests, we verify by confirming control of the email address used in the request (we send a confirmation email you must reply to). We do not require government ID or other documentation for the limited data we hold.

What Data FindBeam May Hold About You

If you contacted us: Your email address, name (if provided), and message content (retained 12 months)
Cloudflare access logs: IP address (retained ≤24 hours by Cloudflare — not accessible by FindBeam and not actionable in a data request)
Analytics (Umami): Fully anonymised aggregate data only — no individual records exist to delete or provide
LocalStorage: Tool ratings stored in your browser only — not held by us, delete via your browser settings

What to Expect After Submitting

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days
We will verify your identity via email confirmation
We will confirm what data (if any) we hold about you
We will complete the requested action (deletion, export, correction) within 30 days
We will confirm when the action is complete
We may decline requests where the law permits (e.g., where retention is required for legal obligations) — we will explain why in writing
